Who We Are
Our Story
Victory Academy Educational Services Limited (known as Victory Academy) is a small, private values-based, co-educational high school, duly registered with the Ministry of Education and Jamaica Independent Schools Association. The school caters primarily to high-achieving and average students who desire a disciplined environment and smaller classes. The school is committed to class sizes not exceeding 20 students.
Victory Academy is mandated to provide a holistic education that focuses on the development of the total person, instilling values and attitudes commensurate with leadership and citizenship.

Over the years, students have excelled in sports and the performing arts, winning competitions both locally and internationally, attesting to the standard of excellence in the school. The students have exceeded all national -standards in the CSEC results, attaining 100% passes in most subject areas.

Despite all the achievements of the school, the character development and resultant transformation in the lives of the students remain the most outstanding. Victory Academy is therefore free of violence, bullying drug abuse and the general crude conduct which now characterize many of our schools.

Christian Education trains the whole person academically, physically, socially, and most importantly, spiritually.

Meet The Founding Principal
Dianne Clarke
The Founding Principal and Visionary of Victory Academy Educational Services Limited is Dianne Clarke BA, MBA. Ms. Clarke has served in educational leadership for over 35 years and is responsible for the day- to-day operation of the school. She is the mastermind behind the unique method of transformational education used by Victory Academy.
Mrs. Clarke has served education as President and Chair of the Jamaica Independent Schools Association. She is the recipient of numerous awards for outstanding service to education, the most notable being the Prime Minister’s Award in 2017. Her most recent award was from People Profile of Florida who recognized her work and awarded her as Educator of the Year 2021 for her success in effectively navigating the Covid 19 Pandemic.

Mrs. Clarke is passionate about Christian education and has committed her life to not just providing academic impartation, but creating rounded students who can positively impact Jamaica and the world.
